The download from your website takes forever to start. When you click on the link, it can be in excess of 10 minutes before the download actually starts. Probably bandwidth restrictions, and I understand why you would do this, but next time, I'll click on a link and go to lunch.

The confirmation email thing does not actually print the URL, so I can't cut and paste it into a browser. Generally, allowing links to be followed in email is considered a security hazard, which is why popular IMAP mail clients (Thunderbird in my case) do not allow this by default.
